Congratulations to all 77 runners who completed the Tavy 5k today. Great running by race winner Mark Budge in a time of 16m 30s and another Vet 70M course record for Allen Herdman in 20m 41s. And a special mention to the 12 runners from Plymouth Musketeers who took up the challenge! An interesting observation that 1st and 2nd in the SenW category were both from our C25K programme, graduating by running for the first time today!
