Congratulations to the 63 runners who completed the Tavy 5k today, including those graduating from our latest Couch to 5k programme. There was another fantastic win for Jim Coles of Tavistock Run Project, beating his previous Age Category Record for the course (Vet 40 M) by 3 seconds! Nikki Kelly continued her recent fine form with second place overall and first in her Sen W category. There was a great turnout of 16 juniors this month, perhaps celebrating the end of their school holidays!
