Club members, family and friends, we need your help! Tavistock Athletic Club has been nominated for an award in the England Athletics’ Regional Volunteer Awards! This year, EA is trialling public voting in two of its categories – Club of the Year and Community Project of the Year.
We have been shortlisted for the Community Project of the Year award in the South West region. Essentially the award is based on our work with Tavistock College to get the track repaired after the fire damage, enabling us to restart all our training and competition activities on track.
Voting has just opened and it closes at midnight on Sunday 11th August. There are no restrictions on who can vote, just that you can only vote once! Please do help us bring home this prestigious award and encourage your family and friends to vote as well.

Scroll down to the Interactive Voting section, choose ‘Community Project of the Year’ and South West region which will reveal your voting choices.
